UIndy students simulate emergency situation
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Students at the University of Indianapolis received hands on experience Tuesday in how to help treat an injured patient.
The simulated incident of a basketball player’s heart stopping took place inside the school’s gym.
School leaders said that the exercise is extremely important for the students.
The simulated incident was all part of a professional week at the university.
