Wintry weather making for icy conditions, power outages
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – On Thursday morning, many in central Indiana woke up to wintry conditions.
Freezing rain was being reported in many areas causing several counties to issue travel advisories.
Also, the freezing rain was leading to thousands of power outages.
The wintry weather conditions also led to a number of school systems to close or either run on a delay.
